CJ Norris is a multi-disciplinary performing artist, creator, and arts educator. He is a two-time recipient of the Platinum Entertainer award in the Moncton Community Votes program. CJ loves coaching budding performers, as an instructor at the Capitol Theatre Academy and director of Creative Juiceworks—an arts education and opportunity hub for new and amateur performing artists. Highlights from his acting career include playing Angel in RENT with Dalhousie Theatre Society, Scuttle in The Little Mermaid, and Pugsley in The Addams Family at the Capitol Theatre. As a creator, CJ specializes in musical comedy and drag, winning the 2021 Fan Favourite Award at Fundy Fringe Festival. He is also the creator of Stages of Art—a talk show that explores the arts at every stage. CJ is all about blurring the lines between art forms, and expanding the possibilities of live entertainment. His biggest goal as an artist is to bridge social gaps and create a positive impact on society.
